Document Import
Sub!t supports direct import of common document formats, making it easy to prepare your subtitles in advance using familiar tools.
Supported Formats
- .docx: Microsoft Word documents (auto-converted to text)
- .txt: Plain text files
- .md: Markdown files
Complete Style Control
Every aspect of your subtitle appearance can be customized to match your event's visual design:
- Font Family: Choose from recommended fonts or any system font
- Font Size: 48, 60, 72, 84, 96, 108, 120, 144px or custom
- Font Color: Full color picker for any color
- Bold: Toggle bold weight
- Italic: Toggle italic style
- Letter Spacing: 0-100 or custom value
- Text Alignment: Left, center, or right

Transition Effects
Add professional fade in/out transitions when switching subtitles. Customize the transition duration from 0 to 3 seconds for smooth, polished subtitle changes.
Multi-Line Display
Display up to 5 lines of text simultaneously. Perfect for song lyrics, dialogue, or any content that benefits from showing multiple lines at once. The line count selector at the bottom of the document window lets you choose how many lines to send at a time.
Document Editing
Edit imported documents directly within Sub!t. Make quick changes, save to the original file, or save as a new file - all without leaving the application.
