1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sub!t ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or professional purposes.
- Permanent License: One-time purchase, lifetime usage
- Annual Subscription: Valid for one year from purchase
3. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share or transfer your license key to others
- Use one license on more devices than permitted
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Software
- Use the Software for illegal purposes
- Resell or sublicense the Software
4. Device Activation
Each license allows activation on 1 device. Device changes are possible through the deactivation feature. Excessive device switching may result in license suspension.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Payhip and Paddle. Refunds may be considered within 14 days if the Software fails to function as described and issues cannot be resolved.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Limitation of Liability
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
